By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You further agree to use the Platform only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to restrict access, refuse service, or cancel transactions if it determines that eligibility requirements are not met or if there is any suspected misuse of the Platform.

These Terms are intended to apply globally, including but not limited to jurisdictions such as India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in a specific jurisdiction, such laws shall prevail over these Terms only to the extent required. In all other respects, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes may be resolved through arbitration or courts, as determined by the Company, subject to non-waivable local rights.

Filira Jewel LLP offers jewellery featuring lab-grown diamonds, which are chemically, physically, and optically equivalent to natural diamonds but differ in origin. Certain products may include independent certifications from recognized gemological laboratories. The Company does not provide any guarantee regarding resale value, investment returns, or future market performance of its products, and all purchases are deemed to be made for personal use unless otherwise expressly agreed.

All product images, videos, and descriptions available on the Platform are provided for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary due to lighting conditions, screen displays, craftsmanship differences, and the inherent characteristics of gemstones. While the Company strives for accuracy, exact visual or dimensional replication is not guaranteed.

Product pricing is subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, fluctuations in currency, or inadvertent errors. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price. Payments are processed through third-party service providers, and the Company may conduct verification checks, request additional documentation, or cancel transactions that are deemed suspicious or non-compliant.

Orders placed on the Platform constitute an offer to purchase and are considered accepted only upon confirmation by the Company, typically at the time of shipment. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing discrepancies, or stock unavailability. In such cases, the Company’s liability shall be limited solely to refunding the amount paid by the User.

Shipping and delivery of products are carried out through third-party logistics providers selected by the Company. While shipments may be insured, such insurance is subject to the terms and limitations of the respective carrier. The risk of loss or damage passes to the User upon delivery or as otherwise required by applicable law. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, customs-related issues, incorrect delivery information provided by the User, or circumstances beyond its control. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges, which shall be borne by the User.

Returns and refunds are governed by the Company’s Return and Refund Policy and are permitted only within the specified return period, subject to strict eligibility criteria. Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging, certifications, and documentation. A valid return authorization is required for all returns. Custom-made, engraved, resized, or final sale items are strictly non-returnable. The Company reserves the right to apply deductions for shipping, restocking, refurbishment, or financial processing charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are subject to processing timelines and applicable external charges.

The Company may, at its discretion, offer exchange or upgrade programs, which shall be subject to specific eligibility conditions, timelines, and valuation criteria. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue such programs at any time without prior notice.

Any warranty provided by Filira Jewel LLP is limited strictly to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Company. Repair or maintenance services, if offered, may incur additional charges and must be requested through official communication channels.

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to product designs, images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Filira Jewel LLP or is licensed to the Company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in fraudulent activities, interfere with the functioning of the Platform, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in the event of any violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filira Jewel LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or the purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The total liability of the Company, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the product in question.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor disputes, governmental actions, or disruptions in supply chains or logistics.

Personal data collected through the Platform is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR and other relevant regulations. The Platform may involve or integrate third-party services, including payment gateways and logistics providers. The Company shall not be responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of such third parties.

Filira Jewel LLP endeavors to adhere to ethical sourcing practices, including conflict-free standards. However, certifications and assurances are subject to the limitations and disclaimers of the issuing authorities.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Filira Jewel LLP from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the User’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, cancel orders, or take appropriate action without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Filira Jewel LLP and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
